This handsome oryoki set comes in two variations: with or without the largest bowl, which is designated for ordained priests and monastics. Made from mahogany wood with a matte black exterior and a food-grade rosewood tint interior. The set includes dark navy blue cloths and utensils as shown.

NOTE: Wood finishes can be sensitive to rubber/silicon spatulas. We have not heard of anyone having issues with using a rubber spatula on these bowls but it is worth considering. Always hand wash the bowls. They are not dishwasher-safe.

The wiping cloth is made from the same linen material as the lap cloth, utensil case, and wrapping cloth. It is not especially absorbent. However, our own Stitchery often creates wiping cloths in conjunction with our dye studio. Have a look or email us: customerservice@dharma.net
