Shakyamuni. the historical Buddha sits in meditation with his begging bowl in one hand and his other touching the Earth at the moment of enlightenment. This statue is ivory color, with an antiqued coating that will deepen with exposure to direct sunlight. Made by a family of sculptors in Oregon, the statues are filled with a mixture of resin and natural Oregon Limestone.
Statue is one sided, the back is flat.
