Our finely crafted seiza benches are made with poplar wood and sealed with an eco-friendly Rubio Monocoat finish. A small brand of the Mountains and Rivers Order insignia appears on one leg.
These benches also come with an optional memory foam cushion, sold separately.
Seiza is a great meditation posture for those with less hip flexibility who have trouble sitting cross-legged. The bench also keeps pressure off your feet and ankles.
