The "Immovable Buddha," Akshobya transforms ignorance into wisdom. This figure is handmade from cast ceramic by a Sangha in the Tibetan Lineage, about an hour away from the Monastery. The materials are blessesd by the resident Rinpoche. This is the same figure we us for our Travel Altars.
